Please read ALL policies prior to booking your party
Reservations: Please call to schedule your party 3-4 weeks in advance of your desired party date. Once you have chosen a party date and time, we will hold your reservation for 2 DAYS to give you time to complete the guest list, sign the party agreement, and return it to us with your deposit. Your deposit will secure your reservation.
Deposit: A non-refundable $50 deposit within 2 days of reservation is required to secure your party date. *Please Note: If the contract and deposit are not received within the 2 days period, the date will become available for the next interested client
Forms of Payment: check or cash made payable to Girls & Tiaras Parties The balance of the party is due the party date. There will be a $40 fee for any returned check
Attendance: Our party packages are designed for maximum of 10 guests (including the birthday girl).
RSVP Confirmation: Please contact us at least 7 days prior to your party to confirm your final guest count. This will be the number we use to determine appropriate quantities for costumes, favors, crafts, and food (if applicable)
Siblings of guests: Please include any siblings in the final guest count if you would like for them to participate in the party activities.
Late Arrivals: Please advise all guests that the party will begin promptly at the scheduled time. All activities are carefully planned out, and any child arriving late may join the activities at the point that they have progressed. This is necessary to ensure the least amount of disruption to the party.
Discipline and Non-Participation: The party hostess is responsible for the flow of the party and the party activities. We do NOT discipline guests! Sometimes the fun and excitement can be overwhelming for a child. Once in a while, we may need a parental figure to step in and help with a child. If you see that one of the guests is interfering with a game or preventing the party from running smoothly, we ask that you kindly take care of the matter. This will help us to provide the best possible party experience for you and your child.
Guest Attire: Many of our parties include costumes/dress up. The children do not get undressed, and we ask that the girls come prepared wearing a leotard or bathing suit under their party attire.
Food Allergies/Skin Allergies: If Girls & Tiaras Parties will cater your party, it is the responsibility of the client to check with party guests for specific food allergies. Should any of your guests have severe food allergies, we suggest that either you or the child’s parent provide an alternate menu for that child. It is also the responsibility of the client to check with the guests for skin allergies or sensitivities. This is in regard to the make-up/glitter
Adults at party: We ask that the parent(s) of the birthday girl please stay for the duration of the party to attend to possible needs of the children. The parents of guests are welcome to stay and enjoy the fun.
Inclement weather/illness: In the case of severe weather or unforeseen circumstances/illness, Girls & Tiaras Parties reserves the right to reschedule your party. If you choose to cancel the party due to severe weather or illness, please remember that your deposit is non-refundable. We will gladly work with you to reschedule your party for an alternate date.
Liability: Girls & Tiaras Parties owners and employees assume no responsibility or liability for accidents, allergies relating to food items, clothing, or make-up, injuries to party guests, or property damage. At Girls&Tiaras Parties we can assure you we will provide a safe and entertaining environment for your guests.
Damage: We understand that accidents can happen, however, the client may be held responsible for the excessive damage sustained to costumes and property of Girls & Tiaras Parties
Client Peace of Mind: We assured that we use all neccesary hygiene practices. All of our hair implements/spa items are disposable and trays are clean disinfected before, during and after each guest/party.
Please note that Girls & Tiaras Parties provide a quality, authentic experience for your party, however, we do not claim to be ‘professionals’ in the field of cosmetics. Spa services are NOT performed by licensed cosmetologists and are for entertainment purposes only. We do not include cutting or filing nails and does not resemble the work of a trained and licensed nail technician. Our performance is done in a simple and ‘fun’ manner.
